About Shipping

  • We do not accept requests to specify a delivery company when placing an order.
    We will select the delivery company. We usually use Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipping company used and a tracking number.
    To check the shipping status, please use the tracking service provided by each company.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

  • Please note that the system does not allow changes to be made after an order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
    If you wish to make changes, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one.
