About payment methods

We use KOMOJU, a Japanese payment processing service.
KOMOJU is a Japanese payment service that you can use with confidence.

The payment amount is as follows:
Product price (tax included) + option fee (tax included)

*Depending on the payment method, a separate payment fee may be required.

■Credit card

The accepted cards are as follows:
All credit card companies allow you to pay in full.

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • JCB
  • American Express
  • Diners

The card you use must be in your name.
If there is a credit card authentication error, we may contact you directly.
For security reasons, we do not issue receipts or other documents.
For details, please refer to your card statement.

■Bank transfer

Please transfer the payment to the bank account specified in the email by the payment deadline.

Products will be shipped after we confirm your payment.

<How to use>

After placing your order, please wait for the email.
Komoju.com will send you the necessary information for bank transfer (account number, etc.). If you have specified a domain for receiving emails, please change your settings so that you can receive emails from "komoju.com".

The name of the business to which the bank transfer should be made is not "Nagomi Kobo" but "DEGICA Co., Ltd.", a payment agency.

*The account number will be different for each order, so please check again even if you have used the service before.
*Transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

■Cash on delivery

・After you place your order, we will send you an email with the amount due, so please be sure to check it.
A separate handling fee of 330 yen will be charged.

- Please pay the price to the delivery driver in exchange for the product.
・If you choose cash on delivery, the total shipping price will be limited to 300,000 yen (tax included).
-If you refuse to accept the delivery, you will be required to pay the shipping fee and cash on delivery fee by bank transfer.
Please check the email we will send you shortly and then proceed.
・Consumption tax for cash on delivery fee This price includes consumption tax.

■Convenience store payment

You can pay at the following convenience stores.
Products will be shipped after we confirm your payment.

  • Lawson/Ministop
  • FamilyMart
  • Daily Yamazaki
  • Seicomart

A separate handling fee of 190 yen will be charged.
Please make payment together with the product price within 14 days of placing your order .

<How to use>
After confirming your order, please select the convenience store where you would like to make payment.
komoju.com will send you the information necessary for convenience store payment (such as the receipt number and control number). If you have specified a domain for receiving emails, please change your settings so that you can receive emails from "komoju.com".

The business name for convenience store payments is not "Nagomi Kobo" but "DEGICA Co., Ltd.", a payment agency.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If it is not classified as spam, there is likely an error in the email address. In this case, please contact us via the inquiry form.

Check the "Payment Procedure Instructions" email

Please check the "Customer Number" and "Confirmation Number" listed in the "Payment to Nagomi Kobo" email sent to you by KOMOJU (payment agency).
Please make your payment at a convenience store by the "payment deadline" stated in the email.

*You cannot make a payment before receiving the "Payment Procedure Information" email, so please wait until you receive the email.
*The "Payment to Nagomi Kobo" email will be sent from "no-reply@komoju.com".
*Please note that the maximum amount per payment is 300,000 yen (tax included) (including a payment fee of 190 yen).

■ Postpaid (paidy next month)

This payment method can be used with just your email address and mobile phone number.

No membership registration is required, and you can pay for one month's usage in one lump sum the following month at a convenience store or by bank transfer. No credit card is required.
Even if you make multiple purchases in a month, you will only pay once the following month.You will be notified of your monthly usage amount by email and SMS at the beginning of the following month.

■Smartphone payment

Smartphone payment is an electronic payment service that allows you to make payments using a QR code or a dedicated app on your smartphone.
We accept PayPay and Merpay.

[If you are accessing from a smartphone]
If the relevant payment app is installed on your smartphone, the payment procedure screen will automatically be displayed.

[If you are accessing from a PC]
After selecting your payment method, a QR code will be displayed.

Scan the QR code with a smartphone that has the relevant payment app installed and complete the payment process.

■Rakuten Pay

You can make smooth payments using your Rakuten member ID and password without having to enter your address or credit card information.

Payment can be made by credit card registered with Rakuten. Rakuten points can also be used.

*Rakuten Points can only be earned when paying with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points, or Rakuten Cash.

■au Pay

[1] Select "au PAY" and click "Pay Now."

[2] You will be redirected to the au Pay app, press the "Pay" button and complete the payment.

*If you are using a PC, you will not be redirected directly to the app and will instead be shown the QR code reading screen below.

Scan the displayed QR code with your smartphone to display the payment screen of the app.

■d Payment

[1] Select “d Pay” and click “Pay Now.”

[2] You will be redirected to the dPayment app, press the “Pay” button and complete the payment.

*If you are using a PC, you will not be redirected directly to the app and will instead be shown the QR code reading screen below.

Scan the displayed QR code with your smartphone to display the payment screen of the app.

If you contact us by email outside of business hours, we will respond to you on the next business day.

About delivery time

  • If you want it to arrive as quickly as possible

Please select "No Specified" for the desired delivery date. Also, please enter a phone number that can be reached immediately in the phone number field.

  • Same-day shipping

If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be shipped on the same day if you order by 12 noon on weekdays.
Your product will arrive as early as the next day after you place your order.
Orders placed after 12 noon will generally be shipped the next day. (If you need it urgently, please contact us in advance.)

  • Regarding date and time specification

You can choose a date from the next day at the earliest, even on weekends or holidays.
However, for memorial tablets and made-to-order products, please confirm the delivery date in advance and specify the date and time.

When placing an order, you can select your desired delivery time from the range displayed under "Delivery Time Specification." Delivery times are available from morning (until 12 noon), 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

* The specified delivery date and time is a guideline set by the delivery company and does not guarantee that the item will arrive within that time frame.

  • Checking your luggage

For products shipped via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post's courier service, you can check the delivery status using each company's tracking service. Please check the tracking number listed in the order shipping email and then check the shipping status using each company's tracking service.

  • Possible delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather or other circumstances.

When shipping products to Okinawa, Hokkaido, or remote islands, we may switch from air transport to land or sea transport (truck or ship) after checking the contents using X-rays, etc.
If you change to shipping by sea, delivery may take anywhere from 10 days to 2 weeks.
Please note that no special notice will be sent to inform you of any changes.

About delivery and shipping charges

  • About courier delivery charges

All products will be shipped free of charge.

*Cash on delivery (330 yen, tax included) is not included in the free shipping. A separate fee will be charged.

  • Damage during transportation

We will refund or exchange any items damaged during shipping. However, we will not be held responsible in the following cases:
- If the request is made more than 8 days after the delivery date - If the item has been moved to a different location from the original delivery address by the customer

  • Handling when customers are absent

If you are not at home, you will receive a notification from the delivery company.
Please arrange your desired delivery date during the redelivery period and receive your item.
If you do not contact the contact details listed on the delivery notice, or if the address is incorrect, the product will be automatically returned to us.
Returned items will be handled at our discretion.

If you are unable to receive your package due to an extended absence or other reason, and the package is returned to us after the delivery company's storage period has expired, we will not resend the package.
In addition, even if you are unable to receive the product after it has been shipped, the following fees will still be charged once the shipment has been completed.
Please note that after confirmation, we may charge you again for the fees that we have incurred.

Return shipping fee + other fees (cash on delivery fees, etc.)
*Even if you place an order with free shipping, we may charge you for the round-trip shipping costs as you will not be able to purchase the product.

In addition, in cases of "long-term absence" or "refusal to receive" due to incorrect delivery addresses, we will contact you by email only if the shipping company contacts us. (Please note that we will not call you.)
Regarding the above, please be aware that we will charge you for any packages returned after the storage period has expired.

  • If your item does not arrive

You can check the delivery status of products shipped by Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post (excluding mail delivery). Please check the tracking number listed in the order shipping email and then use the tracking service of each company to check the delivery status.

Issuance of receipts

  • Regarding receipts for credit card payments

The statement issued by your credit card company will serve as your receipt.

  • Regarding receipts for cash on delivery payments

・For cash on delivery, a receipt will be attached to the Yamato Transport delivery slip (this is the official receipt. Please note that we are unable to issue receipts from our company).
・The invoice contains a detailed list of your purchases, so you cannot specify any special notes.
- If the delivery address is different, we will not issue a receipt.
・Receipts cannot be reissued.

  • About the delivery note

They are not included in the package. Please check your purchase history for details about your purchased items.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

  • Cancellation, exchange and return of orders

Generally, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges except for defective products.

  • Returning and exchanging defective products

- Please be sure to check the product when it arrives.
・We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if any of the following items are found to be defective, we will replace them immediately free of charge.
・If the product you received is different from the one you ordered ・If the product is damaged or dirty ・We ask that you first send us an email with details of the product defect within 7 days of receiving the product. If you also send us a photo, we will be able to assist you more smoothly. After we have confirmed the defect in the product, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
・Please return the item to us within 7 days. We will cover the shipping costs.
- Regarding product shortages, please be sure to check within 10 days, and if there is a shortage of products, we will send you the missing items as soon as possible.

・Please note that we will not be able to respond if you contact us after the 10th.

  • If you can't return it

Generally, used products cannot be returned.
- If more than 8 days have passed since the product was delivered, it cannot be returned.
・We cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience. This also applies to custom-made items such as memorial tablets.
・We cannot accept returns for reasons such as differences in wood grain or natural stone patterns. Products made from natural materials have different wood grain patterns, so the pattern may not be the same as the photo.
・In order to improve the quality of each product, the design may be changed without prior notice. The color of the painted Buddha statues may be improved. There may be slight differences in color.

・The dimensions may differ slightly from the displayed dimensions. As each piece is handmade by a craftsman, there may be slight differences in the dimensions.

  • Cooling-off period

Please note that when ordering online, unlike door-to-door sales or telephone sales, customers have ample time to decide whether to purchase the product, and therefore the cooling-off period established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry does not apply.
