About the product
About the product
This special glass kagami mochi was created by glass artist Taizo Ito, who was born in Otaru and now has a studio in Kyoto.
The mochi is filled with countless air bubbles that reflect the light and sparkle beautifully. Its delicate yet bold finish is so beautiful you'll want to gaze at it forever.
The orange, with its adorable curled leaves, is an exquisite blend of orange and yellow, representing the grains, highlighting the transparency and delicacy that only glass can provide.
It comes with mizuhiki, a black base, and a red felt mat, so you can display it the day it arrives.
