今回で5〜6本目になるでしょうか。
購入するたびに思うのは太さや色が均一ではないなということです。
個性として受け取っているのでその点は特に問題ありません。
が、しかし、内1本は金具がきちんととまっておらず、内1本は湾曲しておりました。
この2本に関しては不良品という認識でしたが、返品交換の手間が惜しかったためそのまま使用し、ショップにはご報告のみに留めました。
また公式オンラインショップを含め、楽天などでも品切れ状態が1年近くも続いており困り果てた末、公式オンラインショップにお問い合わせしたところ、数時間後の回答と共にどこでも在庫有り状態になっていました。
こんなにすぐに対応くださるのでしたら、もっと早くにお問い合わせすれば良かったと思いました。
