Chirimen Obon Border Decoration Set

This is an Obon decoration made by a crepe paper craftsman in Kyoto.
During the first Bon festival, new Bon festival, and Bon festival,
I want to put up a hanging white Bon lantern (medium size, white lantern),
If you don't have a place to hang it, or if hanging it would ruin the look of your home, then you can hang it in the entrance or by a window.

It is used when you learn of a death through a mourning postcard and send an offering in response.
