How long does it take to ship a memorial tablet?
The shipping time for memorial tablets varies depending on the product, but it usually takes about two weeks (excluding holidays) to produce them after the draft is finalized.
Shipping times vary depending on the product you order, so please check the estimated shipping dates listed on the product page for specific shipping dates.
For HANA (wooden) and KATACHI, an additional 5,000 yen will be charged, but we also offer express delivery, which will deliver within three business days after the manuscript is finalized. If you are in a hurry, we recommend selecting this option.

About Shipping
When will my order arrive?
The estimated shipping and delivery times for your ordered items are as follows:
Orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day.
Afternoon orders: Ships the next business day.

*Items will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed. After payment is confirmed, items will be shipped according to the schedule above.
*Some items may be ordered. Please check the estimated shipping time on the product page before placing your order.
Can I specify a delivery company?
We do not accept requests to specify a delivery company when placing an order.
We will select the delivery company. We usually use Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipping company used and a tracking number.
To check the shipping status, please use the tracking service provided by each company.
Can I specify a date and time?
You can choose a date from the next day at the earliest, even on weekends or holidays.
However, for memorial tablets and made-to-order products, please confirm the delivery date in advance and specify the date and time.
When specifying a delivery time, you can choose your desired time from the range displayed in the "Delivery time specification" section during the ordering process.
Delivery times can be selected from the following: morning (until 12 noon), 2pm to 4pm, 4pm to 6pm, 6pm to 8pm, and 7pm to 9pm.
*The specified delivery date and time is a guideline set by the delivery company and does not guarantee that the item will arrive within that time frame.
Is there a shipping charge?
All products will be shipped free of charge.
However, if you choose cash on delivery, a separate handling fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged. Please note that this handling fee is not included in the free shipping fee.
What should I do if the product does not arrive?
If you do not receive your item, please contact the delivery company first.
The shipping company and shipping number will be listed in the product shipping notification email.
If the problem persists, please contact us and we will investigate and respond accordingly.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
Can I change my order?
Please note that the system does not allow changes to be made after an order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you wish to make any changes, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one.

Generally, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges except for defective products.
If the product is faulty or sent in error, we will accept returns or exchanges.

Will anything that shows the price be included?
Please rest assured that regardless of the destination, we do not include documents such as delivery notes or invoices with the product that list the amount.
I would like to receive a receipt, how can I do this?
We use electronic receipts (invoice compatible).
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will attach a URL for issuing an electronic receipt to the "Shipping Completion Email" that we will send you after shipping has been completed, so please download it from the link.
Please note that you can change the recipient's name and notes yourself.
(※The total amount will be the amount for which a receipt will be issued, so the amount cannot be changed.)
Where can I write a product review?

Please click "Write a review" and fill it out.
How to order an ihai
Please check in advance which letter layout corresponds to the desired HANA shape before purchasing.
You will need your order number 2 in this form.

After we confirm the details of step 3, we will send the layout draft to your registered email address within 1-2 business days. We accept any number of revisions. Please rest assured that we will only begin production once we receive your confirmation.
Once the layout is finalized, we will ask a professional craftsman to engrave the letters.
It will take 7 to 14 business days for delivery, so if you are in a hurry, please order early.
Once completed, we will send you an email when it has been shipped.
